Amazing customer service ! Callum waited after hours as my flight was badly delayed ! Much appreciated!

When we went to pick up the car we discovered the office had moved and finding location took extra time. When we did get to office we were told there was not a car for us. Very upsetting. However, somehow a car was located so ended up happy with with quality of car. Would need some reassurance of location and availability of car before booking again

The staff were very friendly, professional and supportive. Alyson assisted with helping me understand how to use the navigation and the car. On drop off, Lee was thoughtful and professional, and assessed the condition very thoughtfully. All around great staff.
