I would prefer to have a car pick up at T1 and not T2, this will save a lot of time.

I arrived early and my car was not yet returned or ready. I was told to come back in an hour. I came back 40 minutes later and it still was not there I received an upgrade but a manual transmission which was not a problem. Aoveall a good experience.
