Additional insurance - full coverage - during booking, you do not state that it is your own ful insurance, so I had to buy Europcare extra full coverage to be sure?!
My experience was awesome. The he staff was very helpful. Everything went smooth without any hiccups. I would recommend them.
Everything was ok besides that I Had to pay additional 100€ for full insurance. I have already pay that amount on economybooking saying that I m fully covered. Refund for this would be only option from my perspective.
The renting process was smooth. The staff explained everything clearly. For payment, they accept credit card only, although most of the other car renting companies accept both debit and credit card
It was great experience! I am glad we rented car from Greenmotion Sarajevo and Mr. Edmir. He is very understanding and very kind person. He picked us up from the Sarajevo airport before our rental and dropped ıs back there after our rental. He is very supportive as well.. our car was very comfortable and economic and it made our vacation in Bosnia and Montenegro much better and unforgettable. I wish all the best!
