Super easy people to deal with, great pick up & drop off processes. It was great to experience driving a Mustang whilst in the USA - and was delighted that it was a real V8!
I got a hertz car but they were excellent . I became a gold member because Hertz was just wonderful !!
Although the pick up process took a little long, it was because Dollar was closed. Thrifty was helping out and were backed up. However, the workers were very responsive and still dealing with smiles. The car I was given was a Honda HRV and it was perfect for the trip
Everything went very well. - All of the staff were helpful, friendly, and efficient. I was very happy!
The rental car was excellent. However the lack of reliable communication between economy booking and the rental car supplier created problems. In our case they had no record of our having purchased the insurance. They also wanted to add a surcharge since I am 24 years of age. We had done all of this online with economy bookings but the rental car company had no record of it. I recommend that you bring all your documentation to show what you did online. Once we did that everything was smooth sailing.
