Office is an easy walk from the airport. No queue and member of staff was friendly. I got the car I ordered, it was clean and fully fuelled. Generally, despite the issues mentioned below, the car got us around the island and helped us have a good holiday.

The pick up from the airport was really good and makes you feel relaxed when you see a guy holding a sign with your name. The office is really close to the main airport so does not need to be in the terminal itself. Our contact took us round to the office in the actual car we were renting and so we knew what we were being allocated straight away which I think is also a good idea.
