      How to apply for the Full Coverage

      To make a request for the Full Coverage please fill out the form below and provide all the necessary documents.

      Full Coverage requests must be reported to EconomyBookings.com no later than 7 days after the rental end. If you request coverage within 8-14 days after the rental end, a 30% late submission Service Fee of the confirmed refundable amount will be charged. If you request coverage later than 14 days after the rental end, a 60% late submission Service Fee of the confirmed refundable amount will be charged. It is very important to have as much information / documents as possible.

      Please attach the following documentation:
      • Copy of your driving license (both sides);
      • Signed rental agreement, confirmation of the condition of the vehicle at the time the rental agreement commenced;
      • Detailed account of the circumstances surrounding the event, including photographs (if this applies);
      • Witness or police report;
      • Document confirming your travel period (plane ticket or hotel voucher);
      • Bank or a credit card statement displaying all charges processed to the rental company (includes charge for damages and the charge for the rental).

      Make sure that your account can accept international transfers. These details should include:

      • Account holder's full name and billing address;
      • Bank name and its address;
      • IBAN number/account number and SWIFT code/routing number/BIC number

      <p>Please note that customer is financially responsible for incorrect data provided.</p> <p>The compensation amount can only be transferred to your E-Wallet in your profile on our website. If you do not have a profile, you will need to create it and activate your E-Wallet.</p> <p>If you would like to withdraw funds from your E-Wallet to your original payment method, please send a withdrawal request to our Customer Support team at <a href="mailto:fc@bookinggroup.com">fc@bookinggroup.com</a>. The funds will be transferred to your original payment method within 14 days.</p>
